i dont have a preditor but either the fly bar is uneven (longer on one side than the other) or one paddle needs to be srewed on a little more

      fly bar

cheers that helped it is still slightly heavy on one side with the fly bar even and paddles right on.
dont know if i can wieght 1 side slightly.
also how should the paddles be flat or slightly tilted.

      Many thanks

the paddles should line up with the flybar carrier, same as the blades should line up with the flybar

I fonub an article on the net whick i cant place at the moment. however its on head balancing and it goes somthing like this and applies to all helis.

          1. Remove the blades, lower links from the swash and the stay if fitted
          2. Remove the lower bolt (that fits the drive gear) an remove the drive gear
          3. Turn the heli on its side so that the main shaft is horizontal
          4. The head should if balanced corectly stop anywhere
          5. Adjust the location of the flybar using the retaining bolts to the flybar drive arms or cage to get it mostly right
          6. Trim the flybar by moving the paddles (top one gos out / bottom one goes in) until the flybar will stay horizontal
          7. Reassemble the head should be balanced now.

If you have some calipers i would...

            Remove the paddles first off

Measure the distance from the end of the flybar to the carrier on both sides and adjust the flybar until the distance is the same..

Then screw the paddles back on and get the distances equal again from the carrier to the start of the paddle

You need the paddles off first as you need the flybar itself correctly centred and with the paddles on you cant see
