guys, just to say again. 2500mah is not the ideal pack size imo. 3000 plus is in 6 guise atleast. no packs get close to the headspeed of the 4200's yet but the 3200's are close to it.

and once again.....ALL revo packs fit without mods.

this has got to be the only hobby/trade where if a breakdown of a component causes damage elswhere the suppliers just wash their hands of it.

We don't know that's a given where CC are concerned, Trev hasn't contacted them as yet but I suspect when he does then as you say, they'll blame everything else.

The 7000 fits easily on the 500 so why not get the full coverage of the dual modules

I'm on a 6200, rx on a 500 only needs 6ch. Plus it has dual receivers like the 7000.

Both Trvo/Ash's advice is fine. Personally I dont see the point in not using one of the Dual link items on any model (except foamy's and the like)...My own preference is with the AR7000, it is surprisingly compact and a fair bit lighter than it looks + you get the extra channel so it can be used with a nitro/gov etc at a later date.
