Have a look at the big white main gear side on. You should be able to see about 1mm of the black main shaft which runs through the middle sticking out of the bottom of the main gear. If you can't see any of the black shaft it means it has slipped out of the main gear which is very common. If this is the case just pull off the skids and then firmly pull off the main gear from the main shaft. You'll see that the main gear has a slit in the collar that goes around the main shaft, which in turn has a flat on it. Line up the slit with the flat and carefully but firmly push the main gear back onto the main shaft until its all the way on. This will be when you have the 1mm of main shaft sticking through (make sure you line up the teeth of the main gear and the motor pinion wholst doing this).
You can tell if it is all together correctly by holding the heli by the skids and gently pulling up on the rotor head. There should be no vertical movement at all. Any vertical play can cause severe vibrations which if left can be very destructive to the Heli.
