450 Tail Slider issues

On my first battery for the day and Im 2 minutes into the flight when the Heli starts to pyro, Heart in mouth I bring her in quickly, spool down and I see the tail slider has come apart. As I had a spare it was a quick fix, but no flying until the locktite has set.
