                Its a DuBro WhirlyBird from the early 70's. A friend of mine has two of them in his attic, and wont sell them to me......

                    There is a large post all about it on RR from the guy in the video, the fuel is held in the metal tank under the main shaft mounted engines. 6 and a bit mins worth then if falls out of the sky.
