cellpro 10xp problem help please!

I have a problem charging my 3s packs on my cellpro 10xp every time I try to charge them it says (ch1 bad s. count node wiring FMA) but it works when I charge my 6s packs, anyone know why this is or experienced it

How many pack are you trying to charge.

Could be a problem with the 3-cell balance socket. Might be a wire break. It would work with 6 because that uses the 6-cell socket.

I've not seen the CellPro so I'm assuming that it has similar balance input connectors to my charger. I stand to be corrected if I've got this wrong.

I don't think that is the problem because I have tried it with a different balance board but thankyou anyway.

jmackenzie set the charger to 0.1amps then plug the 3s battery in and it should work, I get the same problem now and again with my 10S and that is how I resolve it. let the charger fully charge the battery on the lw charge rate will take ages but it works don't ask me why./=
