Pug. Freelance would be about right. There's a sports field near here that is practically empty and it's huge. There's also a field near where I work in Bedhampton. I'm in Southsea near Fratton Bridge.

Hi Vikki,
At least you have a few options I guess. I don't know if you have ventured down to Fareham model shop at any stage, but when it's piddling (well, that will be always then) , and you want stick time, they are open until 10:30(ish)PM on wednesday and thursday nights. It's not a huge warehouse, but it does get you stick time!!
If it's dry, there is a recreation ground 2 mins from there and, on occasion, one of the blokes will put you on a trainer lead and help you out, if you get in a state! The safer way to attempt what was previously unattemptable . A couple of weeks ago ( I'm told), he borrowed someones' Trex700, chucked it about the sky in true stick banger fashion, inverted it ,autoed it to head height before righting it and landing in front of the quivering wreck of an owner!! Great to watch I'd imagine. The only good weather of the year so far and I was working .

I tend to have to go where I can get to by bike. I gave up the car a few years ago and went electric bicycle. Been great but just now and then I miss the car.

My helis are all called "My Precious", must be said whilst stroking the blades affectionately.

I remember coming home one day after crashing Blizzard (Blade 120SR). I took him out of my bag then, holding him nose out by the tail boom, I thrust him out toward Brian and saying in a sad but urgent voice "Kiss Blizzard better!". We both laughed.

i call all my heli's Becky after my gorgeous girlfriend because i love them to bits but they annoy the hell outa me, maybe i should give up Heli's . . .and Becky's for that matter.
