Heli Insurance/contents insurance

just looking for home insurance and not sure what to do about my helis, should i list them on my house insurance or is there a company who will insurance them separately, ideally i want them insured in and away from home as well as all my equipment chargers lipos etc,

Hi. I had to make a claim on house insurance as my rc gear got stolen from my shed lost transmitter rc car plus various oyher bits over 500 pounds worth they paid out begrudgingly wanted all receipts. I dont keep anything in shed now i dont list helis on insurance as they r worth less than a 1000 pounds

i keep all my receipts but my helis are over £1000 per item so it ask me to list them individually, which doubled the price

Just insured with swinton who's standard contents policy includes £2500 cover for outbuildings and they are also pretty cheap.

LLoyds paid a claim when my tx and a knight was stolen from the flying field (valubales outside the home) paid out in 3 days i think it was.

Walker Midgely do model insurance, you buy cover in £1000 blocks for about £9, so ten grand cover costs about £90.
