New lipo batterys for my twister.

I need a couple of new ones i had 3 im now down to 1 they were both binned due to charging issues. So what should i go for ive had pleanty of giant cod lipos and they were great. Needing a 3cell 2000mah lipo Cheers Ross

I use zippy 2200 3s batteries in my 450, they work great and I think they are like $8 each from hobbyking!!

What was wrong with the old ones??

The Gens Ace from Giantshark as its known now are fantastic, not sure if they do 2000mah though as I use 2200's

I'd second the Gens Ace, bought a couple of 3S 800mAh to try them out on my 250, cost about £5 each and work absolutely fine in my beginners hands.

Going to try the 6S version for my 500 at some point.

I think that the twister is blade 400 size - if it is then these should be fine.

Overlander are also very good, not really cheap, but cheaper than other brands and they deliver good performance.

One was binned due to the charging lead snapping the other was binned due to the charger reporting charging problems they were both esky batterys the origional twister battery is still going strong no surprises there then

The 1800mah are a bit small for the twister they move about quite a bit inside the frame ive every confidence it could take a 2000 mah

I'm sure it can take 2000mah but it seems they are harder to find than 1800s.

Hi yep if you could check that would be nice the flyings going ok just havent really had the weather to go outside with it and its a bit big for bedroom hovering i wish i had a 130x lol my twisters actully away up to a friends to be completley stripped then rebuilt. as its a second hand heli i just want to make sure that everythings the way its meant to be nothings missing etc.
