    As you describe it you did nothing that would have casued the failure you reported.

    I wouldn't have handled the parallel charging quite the way you did, but setting a 15A rate into a 'single' pack made up from 4 x 2600 6S should have worked just fine.

    There is nothing that you would need the PC interface for in regards to changing voltage into the PL6 and I too would have been using 24V in the situation you described.

    So as long as nothing was shorting out in your parallel connections to the packs the PL6 would seem to have just suffered a simple failure and your retailer should be treating it as a faulty product, especially if it is very new.
