Anyone had any dealings with Rossmod? Seems as if they stock RJX parts amoungst others.

Use Rossmod a reasonable bit for my GAUI parts. Delivery is as you would expect from FL etc, pretty consistent quick turn around and the stock level system is pretty good also.

Except they have put the price up of the GAUI425 plastic fantastic up by 30% - not amused

They have now been giving me the run around on a set of damaged tailblades for over a month.Think its time to get nasty.Ordered a set of tail blades in May. They arrived a couple of days later.I then noticed that the one was damaged , before i opened the packet. Phoned them up and explained the situation.Told to send them back 1st class recorded, which i did.2 weeks went passed, phoned again.Yes , they did recieve them back and they posted a new lot out same day.Asked for tracking number, told sent normal post and that they have never lost a parcel.Agreed to wait till after the bank holidays, still nothing.Phoned again on Wednesday, bloke, Steve, who i had been dealing with not in that day, other chap says he will sort it out. Saturday now, and still nothing. Pi$$ed off........

ooh, sorry to hear that. I guess thats the true mark of a business is how it handles and resolves customer issues.

i sent stuff back last week and even though they have it they are not responding to my requests for the agreed refund.
thats 1 call, ebay messages and an email.. i am not impressed. i would prefer the £45 back in my account. if nothing happens monday then i will escalate through ebay and paypal..

i've only had good dealings with them ie no problems
but a shop is only as good as it sorts out a problem when it happens

i always bought parts for an rjx gasser from them and they always delivered in good time and always had the parts i needed.

Sorry to hear about anybody's bereavement, however, is a month down the line and 3 telephone calls not showing enough patience? Problem is, they are the only people that have the part i need, otherwise i would have told them to stick it, along with their lousy customer service, where the sun dont shine.

The place that deals with ebay returns - dont work weekends so Im sure they;ll get it sorted first thing Monday....

very quick and prices actually worked out a bit cheaper than UK even with postage
