Had model glasses (I need the prescription option) with the clip in lens for a while, but the frame kept getting in my eyeline. When they broke, I opted for a pair of prescription Oakley's. Expensive - yes, but far better than anything I've worn for flying before.

I use Oakley prescription sunglasses too and I completely agree. Expensive but the optics really are superb. I spent a long time finding the right frame for my face but they wrap around very well and eliminate any glare coming in from the sides.Originally posted by Mylee View PostHad model glasses (I need the prescription option) with the clip in lens for a while, but the frame kept getting in my eyeline. Depends on the size of your head, aviators sit flush right across my faceOriginally posted by LaurenceGough View PostAs nice as aviators are I personally wouldn't use them for flying as they glare if the sun is behind you. Wraparound is pretty much essential I'd say.Just a trusty rusty Raptor E550 these days
