Can anyone tell me what discharge rate I should set the charger at for storage charging/ discharging 6S 2700 & 3300 mAH lipo's. The default in the presets is 2A, is this o.k or should I change it?

Maximum, 10A.

Don't forget the regenerative discharge feature, then its up to 40A discharge.

If you are charging to get to storage voltage then stick to the normal charge rate, ie 1C.
