Have you got a small socket set, you can tighten it with that if you have.

I think it's the most important part of the build. It will determine whether or not your heli flies right or like a hover mower on crack.

I tend to spend as long on the servo setup as I do on the rest of the build, and even swap servos around to get the arms as close to 90 deg as possible.

          When's the maiden?

I use a product called ambersil to degrease. It evaporates in seconds, and being an aerosol, "blows" a lot of the crud out of the threads too. not cheap, but the badgers nadgers when it comes to cleaning stuff.
            Cheers,

Is that a v2 pete, tail looks like a v2? Do your aileron belcranks have a cutout slot or a triangular shaped cutout?
seems strange that youve got v1 blade grips.\
Also get yourself a fuel magnet if your using the outside hole on the fuel tank or youll find yourself with an unplanned auto

Alright guys maiden will be most likely next weekend as have a lot of work on in the week and still waiting on a few bits and bobs. Tony it doesn't say anything about being a V2 in the book, Gaz mentioned to me about this and I rang fast lads and they said the head is correct also on other threads of builds on this model it is the same, will just be a pain when I put a dfc head on as will have to buy new blade grips.

Standard 13mm socket on an extension lock it up till it's down then tighten the two bolts in the clutch bell before tightening it rite up so your not pulling sideways force on the crank bearings.
