Ordering a canopy direct from Fusuno

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with ordering from Fusuno directly?

I'm looking at getting this canopy:

FUC-TX6002EPro FUSUNO Green Hornet Airbrush Fiberglass canopy Trex 600E Pro

But with the screen painted day-glo orange instead of green and my pilot name added.

I emailed them about the changes and they said it would be no extra charge for that which is great service!

Shipping has come in at $15 dollars too, making it about £50 to my door with the changes that I want!

If you've ordered from them before, how long did it take? And did you get hit with any VAT/charges etc?

At $15 shipping i guess you went for normal mail (more chance of skipping charges this way, the only down side is delivery is slower, ie approx 10-14 days)

I am certainly thinking of going for one for my 450.

Hi mate, I haven't had any experience of ordering direct but I can vouch for the quality of these canopies. Would be very interested in hearing feedback on this too as would like to order a personalised canopy on this basis too!

I have ordered a few canopies from them and they have taken between 2 -3 weeks with no charges. I ordered direct as I wanted differences to the stock ones and they sent me a little image of what I asked for so I could confirm this was exactly what I wanted. They provide really good service.

Im just in the oricess of ordering one for my 600 pro too but they advised me not to use the 15$ shipping option as it isnt tracked...

I've done this as well, but not with a lot of success.

They promised to send an image so I could confirm all was OK, they didn't.

What they shipped did not include any of the custom elements I ordered so I'd consider that as a 'fail'.

The work is good quality, just not reliable on custom elements in my experience.

I ordered one canopy as a special from them and the customer service was excellent with a few emails to tidy up doubts about what i wanted and a picture of the canopy prior to the clear coat to check i was happy. They made no extra charge for any of my changes - basically gave me the option of any of their canopy designs on the canopy I wanted changing their 'Stratus' canopy to a 'Spectra G' lettering. I chose one of their 450 canopy schemes and they happily and beautifully scaled it up. Packing was superb and delivery quite fast- about 3 week from order.

That's good to know! I've just emailed them and asked if they can do the same scheme from a 600 Pro canopy onto a 500 one.
