Which scorpion motor do you use in your Goblin700?

need some help here, I have one Goblin700 on the way to me, just have not decide which scorpion motor to put in.

I have a 4525-520LE.

Swapping it out as its got to much power and will just sap flight time. For 3D'ers it will be perfect

hey andy you can get those motors from climb out and evolution rc they have them in stock :P

I got mine from Fastlads and it is a very nice bit of kit. I've not had chance to fly it yet but I'm sure it'll be bloody stupid.

when you coming back down to ponti mate Havant seen your gobbler yet ul be able to make me very jealous and wish i got one again haha


+ i want to look at one of those scorpions i nealy put one if the 7hv but had to go for an align as i could not afford one at the time :P

Knowing nothing else, I'd prefer a tall, thin motor over one that is short and fat. That is, 4035 instead of 4525 (stator: 40 mm diameter, 35 mm high vs 45 mm diameter, 25 mm high).

You might find it perfectly fine.

Its such a light and responsive model that it really is wasted on me even though I like to have power this for me is just not needed so I want the extra flight time this motor takes away. I will put it in a heavier model

hi i know this is everyone's personal preference but my friend has the 700mx(510kv) in his goblin and that defo dont hang about she can still move and saved lots of cash
