You'll need to talk to MacGregor about that.

Was your ESC providing power to them via a built in BEC?

So you may have had 22V+ dumped through the electronics, was it only the servos that were killed?

Either way, you need to contact MacGregor and see if they will give you a quote for the work.

Only other thought is talk to the supplier of the 550 kit if you are sure that it was the failure of the provided ESC that killed your servos.

i sent an email to MacGregor Industries Ltd and he said this

Can you tell me what state they are in now? Do they work at all?

To be honest I dont think that it will be economical to do it, I would personally put motor, amp & pot into the servo if it was my own to make sure that something else would not fail. The cost of these parts is over £60 and new 8715's RRP @ £69.95 so I think that you would be best to keep them for spares (gears & cases) and get yourself some new ones.

                      Regards

                      Steve Roberts

so it looks like im just going to have to get some moor i was hoping to get these fixed to go in my next heli

No harm in trying the other link further up the thread, but Steve is not wrong in saying that a full fix may be uneconomic.

Even if it is a blown amp for example, I'd still be cautious about assuming the motor was not damaged as well.
