Hi tony,
You may have already registered to a web site which uses webs hosting simply request a new password or use a different email

Also told me I'm already registered! Which I'm definately not. If i change my pass word will that change the pass word on the site which is causing it to show me as registered?

That is correct boggy.
The problem arises when people have visited other sites such as my personal one for example and registered to these this is because you are given a websid which you use to sign into all the sites which are hosted through the webs servers
