Damper rubbers or o rings

should i replace the standard o ring dampers on my v2 cnc head with these new upgrades or stay with the standard, before buying what should i consider.got to replace the old ones because they are breaking up.

What model is this on? Also the picture isn't showing so I have no clue.

If there are upgraded dampers, normally a harder material and you're into hard 3D then it's makes sense to fit these rather than stock ones which will probably wear quicker.
