Where to Buy 4 Wire Servo Extension Lead

Anybody know where you can buy a 4 wire extension lead?

There may be some sence in there somewhere but servos by definition have only 3 wires so why would you want 4 it wouldnt go in threee pin plugs and sockets very well

Make it up from ribbon cable...

It's for an extension on a Emcotec SPS switch, 4 wires and 4 pin plug. they're exactly like servo plugs just 4 pin. I'd rather find an extension than cut and splice a made up section in the middle

4 wire servos have been used in the past, but you can find the parts to make what you need here : .1" Connector Housings, Terminals, and Headers

I don't know anyone offering ready made leads as standard though.

Thanks for that Mark, I was hoping some one may know of a supplier in the UK, I might call Emcotec in Germany as they may supply quicker than someone in the US

Try these, you might have to change one end to female, if you give them a ring they should be able to sort something out.

This is a 5pin the 4's are out of stock.
