I managed to drop my brand new, never flown DX6i on Sunday morning - the antenna was the main point of impact and it was broken off in the accident. I used the web to get a quote from "Millerman's" site on Monday. I was too late for a collection that day, but the package was picked up on Tuesday, just after lunchtime as arranged. Using the tracking information, I saw that the package was signed for at 1245 hours yesterday. This morning just a little after 0900, the doorbell rang and it was the courier delivering the repaired and checked out Tx. This is superb service all round and I would like to publically thank those concerned for this level of Customer Service that I wish could be "the norm" within our hobby.
