second hand gyro

hi all,iv seen a gy401 gyro and 9254 servo for £85,its had about an hours use and comes with box and instructions,would this combo be ok for the trex 450 se v2 and is it a good second hand price

The servo will not be any good on a 450 V2 but the gyro would be and is a god price.

Wasn't there someone in the classifieds wanting to swap a 9650 for a 9254??
The 9650 will be ideal on the 450...If the Gyro has truthfully had only an hours use then it sounds a good deal.
I'm not one for buying second hand when it comes to electronics to be honest though, can be risky unless its from a mate etc and you know the history.

the gyro doesnt wear its the servo that wears.

i wouldn't buy a 9650, far better options available now.

the 9257 and 3400 are about the best but the new mini robbe servo looks a fine candidate.
