I started with a trex600, fixed a large hoola hoop onto the skids to prevent tip over, worked fine for me, that was 3 years ago

hi all it would be the titan or raptor and thanks for info im going to try and go to central scotland rc heli club as this maybe the closest to were i live do you think its safe to buy from ebay etc or for my first do you think i should buy new
If you're interested in electric, I've got a Raptor E550 and she's a lovely stable bird for learning on and the same size as a Trex 600. Harder to find but parts availability and price is good and Thunder Tiger are about to release a new E550 anytime now.
