hi all can anyone tell me how to get my forsale post back to beegining many thanks tone

If you mean back to top of the list.... then you simply "Bump" it. Which is done by adding another post to your for sale thread... much like in the main forum. But be aware there are fairly strict rules on bumping and how often you are allowed to do it. It is not fair on other sellers if you just keep bumping your own sale above everyone else. If you go to the rules section it is outlined there

Bumping is only permitted once every 48hrs to give everyone a chance at the top of the list so their advert is seen.
