Phoenix sim interface replacement

Has anyone ever had to send theirs away for repair or replacement?? If so how long did it take to be returned. I sent mine away 2 weeks ago tomorow & the wait is killing me as i'm unable to practice stuff for Grass roots. It does seem a long time for something to be replaced as it was knackered.

Think mine took just over a week when it went wrong, may be worth contacting them and finding out what stage its at.

Yea i done that last week & they said they're still waiting themselves. I don't know where they get sent to?? Australia?

Yes, i learnt that lesson before. It never arrived & they gave me a new copy of Phoenix for what they pay for it out of good will & i claimed the £32 max from royal mail. I think this was around the time that they kept striking. This time they recieved it (recorded) but they're still waiting for whoever they send them to. I'll give them another call today & ask if they can chase it up.

received mine about a week ago, took a week from sending it off to getting it back (or a replacement). I assume you have paid for the repair/replacement on their website?

It arrived today & i should have it tomorow, £15 for a new one.
