  • Keyfob/mini video camera recommendations

I have recently got myself a blade mqx quad copter and love it!

My intention is to eventually get/build a bigger quad, but before I do, I'd like to get a small camera and mount it on the mqx

There's loads on eBay but vary in price hugely

If you have any comments or recommendations I'd love to hear them

It's only for fun, not for commercial purposes

I fly my quad with one of these camera's and have had some good results.
You need a good SD card so you don't drop frames.

Quads with balanced props and motors that run true have hardly any vibrations,
making them very good for camera work. hence all the FPV activity.

Hi for the money i reckon there great(not brilliant) but what can you expect for about 10 quid or so?
Has mentioned a decent sd card and isolating the vibes go along way to ensuring you get okay results.
heres a couple of vids i did with mine(one mounted on foam on a glider) and one used as a "hat cam".(actually was placed on the floor not a hat)
These vids are a couple of years old now but you get the idea.

Mini titan cobra Ah1W - YouTube

Have two of these cams bought one from hongkong and one from a uk ebay seller.
just watch that you dont overcharge them(via usb cable)
          hope this helps

sorry i cant remember the seller but these are the "808" something name...
Also sorry for the dodgy flying lol

It's very easy to buy crap ones... There is a big thread on rcgroups about the specific one you want if you're after a pretty good quality video.

If you search for keychain on there you should find it

If however you just want cheap and cheerful, those are available in abundance on eBay.
