What should i buy ? Blade MCPX, Blade SR120 or Blade 450 3D

hi guys i am needing assistance on what my next purchase should be i have a msr a trex 100s and a hk450 tt pro kit to build but im going to sell the trex and the hk450 and buy a blade as i have just bought a spektrum dx6i which of these helis do you think i should buy and opinions ? blade mcp x sr120 or 450 3d ?

Why not build the HK450 with decent electrics and a Spektrum receiver???

i dont really have time to build and fly and work as i am still learning i want to concentrate on my flying and another thing the hk450 could cost me a fortune to build

I learned quickly .... you ARE gonna crash....you ARE gonna have to learn to strip / rebuild a heli sooner or later .... in my honest opinion i found the blade 450 parts pricier and its a much more plastic based model (i know ... i wrote mine off) ... i'm now restarting with a trex but taking the tim to build it is something i'm now actually looking forward to and gonna enjoy

Having said that i also have an mcpx and its been an amazing learning platform and can take a knock or two over grass without damage

You can get a complete airframe for the HK for less than the average crash costs of almost anything else - most of the guys that fly them at the club I go to (a mainly Planks club) order at least 2 at a time - plenty of cheap spares for when you are learning, when you're reasonably competent get something better.
If you are not prepared to build yourself them it's going to be very expensive and stressful for you - model shop repairs are expensive and at their leisure!!!

i am very prepared to repair them and if i do ever need a hand with anything my dads been flying model aircraft for 10 years and knows his stuff but the thing with the hk450 i got its the torque tube version so i cant get spares and it cost me £100 to buy and get into this country so buying 2 at a time i might aswell buy a trex.

the hk450 only co £60 i ordered it from hobby king so it was the postage and customs fees that took it up to £100. very nice idea with the postage though and giantcod is were my dad told me to go but will cheap electrics cut it in my 450 because i dont really trust cheap stuff as ive seen some stuff go wrong and is giantcods stuff ok ?

The thing to do is stick to better quality electrics - you don't have to buy everything from the same place; not all the cheap electrics is cr4p, some of the guys at our club have bought escs and motors for 1/3 of uk price and all good - you need educated information to sort it though; I can't help much with helis because I only really fly indoor size ones and outdoors I fly planks (because they cost a lot less to fix when you break them) but some of the guys on here do have the knowledge.

No problem at all mate, I know what it's like to be on a tight budget and wanting to enjoy the hobby, hence my choice of 'toys' - EPP foamy planks cost very little to build and maintain, all my stuff also run on the same batteries (3S 2200 lipos - mainly Gens ace) which also suit a 450 size heli, when I decide to get one! apart from the models that run on 1S, where I use Hyperion 130mah ones, any advice you want on flying on a tight budget don't hesitate to ask!

i think im going to get a raptor 50 now complete oposite to anything ive said here but what the hell haha atleast its a decent airframe to put decent electrics in.

just bought a trex 600n with everything including a o.s. 50 hyper and a spektrum transmitter not sure what servos are in it or gyro it has an auto glow thing in it never seen them before but its awesome

Don't do things in half measures do you? Good luck with it but one piece of advice I really hope you take is to get yourself off to your nearest club and get help to learn; going it alone with a beast like that could prove very expensive or dangerous!!!
