Not the JR 8700 though, I believe?
      Just worth mentioning, in case...

defo not. tested mine on 9254, 9251 and now on 8900g all work every well. this doesnt seem to be as sensitive to servos as "other" gyros i saw little improvment in the tail when going from my 3 year old 9251 to the 8900g.. waste of time that was!

Oh, thats a turn up... I thought I'd read on here previously (from Angelos no less) that the 8700 wasn't supported, but the 8900 (new one) was?

There must be a lot of people out there with this particular servo already...
If it's working, then thats good!
          Cheers,

As far as I know the 8700G is not a true digital servo which is probably why JR always called it superservo and not digital. It uses a mixture of digital and analogue electronics which is unfortunately limited to 250Hz frame rate. The ds760 operates at 333Hz and thus the 8700G won’t cope. If the 8900G was not available I would have probably found a way to support the 8700G. But considering the much better spec of the 8900G and that the 8700G is more or less now discontinued there is little point in doing so.
