  • Never ending problems with my helis ...

Okay, to start off with, my Blade 450:

Had a light crash, replaced all cyclic servos, feathering shaft and other bits, did a test flight, seems fine, flick to idle up, the whole heli vibrates like mad and the tail wags like crazy.

Secondly, My mCPx, quite a few crashes, now it doesn't want to get much lift any more, blade tracking was bad, and the whole heli vibrates .. i replace feathering shaft .. it's still there though.

    I give up sometimes ...

    Lol, enough of me moaning

The higher head speed will make the vibes worse. I had the same thing on my 400. It was a bent main shaft. Be careful with the vibes. Mine exploded in mid air twice!!! It literally shook itself apart

as sacko has said check the main shaft on the 400, the mcpx I would check to see if the main gear is seated right where it should be, shove it up towards the top of the main shaft.

+2 on mcpx main gear and make sure its not twisted round slightly that sometimes makes em wobble and tracking check u not got a crack in 1 blade ifso pull crack open and put a smear of ca or super glue on but this only werks till next prang if using fast forward blades in the bullet bit underneath sometimes 1 will be hollow were bit fallen out fill it with glue or bluetack that should smooth it out too
