New Servo's for a 450 ??

I currently have a Blade 450, but one of the servo's failed today, so i am planning on replacing all the cyclic servos.

What do you recommend ??

Also, if i were to change the tail servo, what would you recommend, not too high price mind ?

The align DS410s are very good, so are savox SH-0257MG for the swash.
I don't know what size servo is used on the blade 450 tail but again align will do the job well with either a DS420 or DS520

No I wouldn't use one on the tail. Use a DS520 £30 for one. Works a right treat.

Okay, cheers, will that work with an Eflite gyro .. im sure it will, but just to make sure

Well, my conclusion is based on every time I have tried to use DS410M's with a Castle Ice50 they jitter like mad but the Savox one's don't. The Savox also have longer servo wires which is very handy.

They are also cheaper and in my view perform as well as the Align offering yet use the same internal gears. I have also never had a Savox servo fail whereas I have had a few Align one's fail.

So all in all I would say Savox are better in this case.

Be aware that you might need to boom mount the DS520 on the blade so you may need another servo mount

Sorry, i don't quite understand, the tail servo on the blade is mounted on the Tail boom anyway, or am i missing something ??

No you're not missing anything, im just a bit behind the times lol. The blade 400 had the tail servo mounted up in the main frame. I did not realise they had changed it on the 450. Sorry for the confusion, ill check my facts before I open my mouth next time
