Dont Fly in the cold weather DOH

Went out this morning to do bit of flying but it was bloody cold just when i was thinking I
bring the raptor in I couldnt feel what my fingers where doing and down it went bummer.
I know a crash was due but would have felt better if i was doing a loop.

Not to bad as havnt crashed it in over a year.
damage flybar,blades,boom,skids,feathing and mainshaft.

If anyone has some Raptor 30v2 spare they wont to sell let me know.

Mate, that's a bu**er!

Get some freezer gloves. The polycotton/nylon, thin type with silicone dots on the palms and fingers. You can feel the TX perfectly, no resistance to movement and good grip.
Can't remember where I got mine but they were cheap and last well, and keep my fingers the right colour even in really icy weather.

Bummer indeed my friend. All because of the cold. Was the same for me today, but thankfully I packed up and legged it before frostbite got a hold LOL. You'll soon have the Rappy rapping again I'll bet.

I went flying this morning as well armed with 4 packs on my 600. I was wearing thermal shirt, shoes and long johns for extra warmth. I never flew with gloves on as I was never comfortable with them. Both jacket pocket has a zippo hand warmer that is ready for my fingers in between flights. Flip, loop, invert the heli as if it was summer flying. The only thing that could stop me flying is rain and snow.
