  • waiting time

hey just wondering what length of time you guys would wait for your heli to be returned from a shop after asking them for help in setting the heli up, ive now waited two weeks my last contact with them was their tech guy still not found time to look at it,im thinking they dont want to do the work,

How'd you manage to last out two weeks ? The buggers aren't helping you at all there buddy, get the machine back and have a club mate help with the setting up process, if you're in a club that is. If not this is the place to be for the best advice. I found basic setting up very confusing at first, but it really helps your understanding of the whole dynamics of the game. Good luck whichever way you go buddy.

i would recommend either a clubmate, or bringing it to some one like us at the flying school we can set it up with you present so as you can see what is happening

we would book you a slot for an hour and i would expect by the end of that hour it would be flying sweetly

if it is a job we are left with then turn round is normally a week, and this is with me doing the setup / repair in the evenings as i am not full time at the flying school so have a normal job during the week

as cagey says they are not helping you much there, and will they test fly it afterwards for you !

I think using a club is taking things a bit too far.

you could also ask if you could attend when they set it up so you can learn a little at the same time.
