    As with any Nitro fuel, on the last run of the day, pinch the fuel tube to stop the engine. Empty the tank, attach the glow igniter and run the starter until the engine no longer trys to start.

    This removes any unburnt fuel which absorbs moisture if left which causes the corrosion.

    This was information provided by 'Bob J' and I'm not going to argue with his knowledge.

    For the record I'm using Magnum 12%. So far no problems.

      Well this poll seems to settle it by a large margin, and I agree, Magnum is the best fuel.

        I've used all four fuels and my preference is Wildcat (Curtis 30%).
        "Which fuel is best" can be a very emotive question - most people won't have used more than one anyway, so they just go with, and vote for, what they know.

        All that really matters is what works for you

          I've used CY30% and Magnum 30% and there was nothing in it. My engine runs as smooth with Magnum and CY and the available power is about the same.

          As Rob says though it's about trying a fuel for yourself and seeing how you get on. My decision currently is Magnum 30%.

          As far a which nitro content to run, stick with 12-15% if you are hovering and 20% when your in the circuit. Then when you start hoofing it around then go to 30%. 20% is still pretty good though and cheaper of course.

            I've used all four, and I prefer magnum, the engine seems to pick up quicker and run cooler, at the moment I'm using 20% wildcat just because thats all the LHS is willing to stock, they get a better mark up on it

              ive used most fuel and find it hard to say ones better than another...i mentioned to a few people that was running magnum that cy30(wildcat)was ok i also stocked it then .but no converting them..untill they started selling it or got it cheaper(then hey presto converted they are )funny that..
              but i use uk fuel and wont change any longer.conforms to os engine specs and helps our uk economy and run just as good as any of the above mentioned
