    I'm no expert but as other have said and I agree with them, it's all about the pitch.

    You'll be surprised at how little pitch you actually need when rolling it over it's axis.

          Failing that buy Bert Kammerers episode 3 video for about 90p where he talks about and demonstrates flips and rolls, but yeah, you need to be +ve, 0, -ve, 0, +ve on the collective to complete the flip....

              No need for a video capture bit of software. Record the flight and save it in Phoenix. Goto the Resources folder, then the recordings folder and you will find a file there with the name you called it with a .pxr file extension. Just post the .pxr file or send it to whoever, and put it back in the same place. Run it and you will get the recorded flight played back in the sim.

              Would only need Video capture if you wanted to upload to YouTube etc.
