midland nitro delivery ?

Today i recieved an order i made with midlland yesterday, everything came minus the nitro, i have never ordered fuel before, should it have came with the rest via the royal mail van, or does it ussually come separately ?

i have been trying to phone midland for a couple of hours but they are very busy i guess..

Fuel can only be shipped via UPS, it mentions this on the website, if you didn't select UPS for the shipping then that would be your problem.

ahh...i see, so i wonder if il get it at all..
you would think , that being the case the order page would not let me order, and in fact when i recallculated the delivery after i added the fuel it was more expensive...??
this makes no sense..

plus i didnt see anywhere saying it was ups delivery only for fuel..

well, they aint answering the phone, thats 3 hours i have been trying ( nout better to do ) i guess no one is there..funny cos it tells me to hold for a staff member....

While it is frustrating waiting for something that doesn't arrive. I doubt you would get to use the nitro for a while given our current weather anyway.

i know mate, but i mostly miffed that they let me order AND pay for it and choose royal mail as couriers, when a simple website code would alert me to the fact that i had to choose UPS !!
i mean, they didnt even send me an email telling me about it.. and im buggered if i can see where it says anything about it on their site....

ah well, i know your right about flying conditions, its just one of those days, am arguin with everybody..lol

Yeah, perhaps the website could be a bit clearer on this. It only tells you when you click into the item. I'm sure the guys will sort you out with a refund or whatever next week.
