On the Century UK website, they have all the default transmitter settings, found some on there for my Blaze a couple of months back, they might have your Genius ones on there?

whats happening, as i understand it when setting the pitch after the swash and servos have been levelled the heli is put into ideal up (3D), the head moves up a small amount then the process of adjusting the pitch can be carried out. for some reason when i put my heli into ideal up the head doesnt move up.. to confuse things a bit more when i spool up the heli and switch to ideal up i can hear the motor changing to the higher rpm.

whilst having a good preflight check this morning i noticed i havent fixed my ideal up issue after all, me well peeed off, i can only get the ideal up whilst the throttle stick is at its lowest point, has any one got a solution, i had sent the transmitter setting from century i could up load them or forward them, im not suggesting they are wrong but it might help if some one wants to look over them and suggest a fix.

Have you got a link to the tx manual? I don't know the tx but I'm not sure by what you mean about not going into 3D mode? Does it change modes but have the wrong settings?

cjc1949,,, i think you may have hit on the problem because the head will only go into ideal up (3D) when i flick the switch whilst the throttle stick is at its lowest position (0 stick),, i just dont how to correct it. i dont have a link to the heli manual but i can send you the settings that century emailed to me.

Still not resolved this problem so can i reopen the help question, perhaps putting it slightly differently, my heli seems to be machanicaly set up ok but will only go into ideal up when the throttle stick is at zero, im about to throw a few quid at it and send it to the shop where thay can have a look but it would be great if i can resolve it from the guidance from you guys

Hate to say this buddy but you're not giving enough information for anyone to be much help to you. Idle Up settings on your T/X, i.e. throttle curves, pitch curves etc might be helpful to know these. On initial setting up, in normal mode if you like, did all the numbers come good with the manual ? If not you won't get idle up 1, 2, to conform to the required manual figures. The basics must be correct first or all that follows will be poop.
                              Trex 450 SEV2.
Trex 450 SEV2, hack, freeby, but getting expensive. Binned the bu**er !
                              Trex 550 V2. Adrenalin ( brown kind )
mCPX, better than a Phoenix anyday.
                              Several planks, gathering dust.

Brains and thumbs work okay, but not at the same time.
