phoenix website wont load up!

ok had this problem for a couple of weeks now....just been hoping it will fix itself. i've had no luck and so i still havnt been able to access any updates! (im still on 1.04.f)

anyone got any idea wats wrong? driving me NUTS!!!

Once your DNS is resolved hopefully it'll pick it up....have you changed any settings lately ?

oh man got very excited then... the welcome page comes up

only problem is the downloades page wont load up

i dont think i've changed any settings.

How odd, a mate has had exactly the same problem with his qasmio g30. I have ended up getting all updates for him and transfering them. We think it is because the firewall can't verify the IP address. If you goto one of the website IP address finders via google you will find that no IP address can be found. Seems strange but could it be something to do with vista's increased security as I'm still running XP.
