Contacting Fast Lads.... Growing Tired

Hi all,

I was wondering how you guys manage to contact fast lads without calling, I have sent 3 emails now and they haven't even attempted to reply. Anyone got a direct email address?

Is there a specific reason why you can't pick up the phone and give them a call??

I'm probably guessing these guys get 1'000's of e-mails a day and it takes time to work though them!

Just pick up the phone and give them a call and whatever you need it will be sorted in 5mins!

Which email address have you been using ? Can you let us know who you are ? We answer all emails as quickly as possible and can't see multiple emails from anyone outstanding at the moment ?? That is unless your asking for free stuff. We get a great many of those every day and most go unanswered .. You can pm me your email address here so i can take a further look

I think pretty much every time I've emailed a question to them I've had a reply within about an hour or so (this is using the 'Contact Us' page on their web site).
