You partition part of the HD to run under Apples Bootcamp, which effectivley turns that part of the partition into a PC.
However you do have to install Windows onto this partition so Phoenix can run.

Under Bootcamp you can run either under Apple OS or Windows but not both at the same time, if you install Parrallels both partitions can run at the same time.

I use Apples Bootcamp with Widows XP and Phoenix runs no probs.

I'm not sure re-Parallels as I,ve not seen it running.

Under Bootcamp when you switch on or Boot up the Mac you can hold down the "alt" key if you want the windows partition. It takes you to a screen where you select which partition you want to run.

If your in Bootcamp ie Windows, there is an "icon" which can take you back to Mac OS, but it does a re-boot

I run it under vmware fusion. You won't get the performance like you would with bootcamp but it does ok for me.

I run phoenix under bootcamp on my MacBook pro and it runs great, never had a prob getting any heavy graphical stuff on my mac whether it's mac software or windows (I run plenty of windows games on my mac with no probs)

You don't have to download Bootcamp - it's built into Mac OSX.

I run Phoenix full screen on mine in Bootcamp with all the graphics and resolution settings on maximum. Faultless.
