Your very lucky then, because in hindsight i could copy the pheonix disc very easilly, phone them say my dog ate my lead, here is my reciept, files etc and they send me out a replacment, is very simple to do and iam sure some would have done this if the cahnce came about.From what i have heard you MUST send the dongle or what is left of it or they will NOT give a replacment.

Hi ollie ,
No it's not a dig at you more of an explanation of the way Pheonix secure their copyright on their product.
As Gasshead explained anyone can copy a disc but few could make the lead. Still worth contacting Pheonix if you have a receipt.
You will find that a sh phoenix does pop up now and then but it's always with the disc and about £60.
Hope this helps and keep looking ,also try flea bay they do come up.

No point in copying anything bud, as all the top sims including phoenix are available from a well known torrent site but as said phoenix is useless without the dongle.

I you aint got the cable you could send the full pack back to phoenix showing you have the origonal cd/ box contents, maybe that might help mate. Apart from that you are looking at a new setup mate.

really? yet above you suggested sending his box and disc back aswell and maybe he would get a replacement? why didn't you just tell him you sent your receipt back and got a replacement.?
I can't believe a company would issue a second item to someone who produces a proof of purchase only Sorry!

phoenix is the sim of choise because of the online side of it for me.

you can still fly online with mates and have a laugh.

Sympathies... I've lost my dongle somewhere in the house move and just about given up on hunting through boxes..looks like a new copy for me too..although i was tempted with trying one of those knock-off dongle copies to save the pennies.
Futaba square plug is anyone has a cheap phoenix for sale...
