I'm turning into a summer flyer I think I have no interest in standing in a freezing cold windy field at all just now
Would much sooner ride my push bike

I've been out and have done 4 packs on my T-Rex 550, it was.....interesting. I would not have liked to be out with anything smaller. Good practice to keep figure 8's nice and consistent in the upwind and downwind part. I failed, it was all over the place.

Just got back in after 3hrs. It wasn't too bad, bit too windy to try my 'advanced' stuff but took some onboard video and gave the N5 a nice run in.

Only downer was our field container has been broken into again -still nothing in there to take, but this does p1ss the farmer off

I love the wind, high speed runs down the field and some challenging tick tocks. Oh and note to self fill up with fuel before going for that last high speed run. A 600 downwind with full positive and no fuel is just a brick in the wind. My worst in for a long time. The blades just stopped, you can't even fight a stalled heli all the way to the floor. Your just left to turn to the assembled crowd and bow as your Align brick piles into the deck at 60mph. Oops!

                          I put 16 packs through a pair of T-Rex 450 Pro/Skookum SK-720s.

Not massively productive, but drama-free - well, except when I let go of the collective stick to play with switches - at low level, just as the wind dropped it towards the ground. Perhaps I need to work on that...
