You can't get into scale models, they're usually too tight.

do yourself a favor but yourself a new kit and build it yourself if funds allow, as i baught one second hand and i have had loads of problems with it as it had been converted from a nitro fuz to take a gasser so i had to strip it all back to basics and start again, it would have made more sence to me noe to go for a new one as it would have worked out cheaper but we live and learn plus you will get more satisfaction with it once finished knowing you did it a ll

i am new to all this, but i bought an Agusta scale kit for my mini titan e325, and what a piece of crap it was, thin flimsy plastic, just like you would find on a really cheapo kids halloween mask.. and it was a staggering £80 !!.. god knows what im going to do with it..
it was a bit stiffer when fitted but nowhere near good enough for me...off it came .
I dont know if all scale bodies are the same but i would stay away from thunder tiger if you want a scale..

I used to have a thunder tiger md530 gunship fuselage on a Rappy 50 and that was very good,the bigger ones are ok.

century fuselages are also very good as are the Align ones.

Have a look at the TT Hind scale fus, that looks awesome, but a staggering price too!

im not buying another scale again unless i can hold it in my hand,the Agusta "looked" awsome, but turned out to be crap.. you cant tell by a picture, i know that much..

I was thinking of using fiberglass matting to beef up the whole scale body, dont know if weight would be an issue tho..

T F and heli artist bodys tbf are'nt too bad my heli artist AH 64 Apache body on trex 500 came out prety good tbo.

I got the Hind at the bottom of the page, still nib with a Trex 600E to go in it, also nib that I must start lol. Only had it for 2 winters now

i assumed you meant you didnt like scale models as they were too tight to fit on.. didnt even spot that it was a joke lol..
