Model Heli World Magazine subscription problems

Does anyone else have problems getting their Model Helicopter World delivered via subscription from Traplet ?

I subscribed 6 months ago and so far have only received 2 copies without me having to call them and ask for it to be re-sent and even on one of those occasions than managed to send me a old copy.

I see the November issue is out now but unless I call them yet again I dont suppose I will ever get a copy.

No I don't, they always send notifications when a new issue is available for download. I just downloaded the November issue on my iPad. Go into settings and set new issue notifications to on, may be that might help.

Never had a problem, been a subscriber for around 2.5 years and never had an issue with delivery

I have to say mine is always delivered on time for the past year

While I get mine ok, on occasions I have felt they have been delivered a few days later than they would normally be. On one occasion the new magazine arrived on the same day they appeared for purchase from the shops.

But otherwise all ok.

3 years now and touch wood I've always had mine b4 it's in the shop

No problems to date. Not been subscribing for very long but, so far so good. Managed to beat the appearance in the shops every time.
