    I know what the gov does but in which case is Needed?

    Very briefly the governor keeps the rotors spinning at a constant rate regardless of how much pitch you put in (at least a good one does) This stops the engine bogging (trys to) and ensures the power is there when you need it.


    No Head lock or Rate mode is usually used by scale pilots who want a more natural handling and flight.

      So to do acro e 3d you need head lock gyro always on?
