I sent in my Beast X for repair (the SYS port wasn't working so I couldn't do a software update). It was just out of warranty but they sent me a brand new one anyway and as if that wasn't already excellent customer service, they also included a packet of Haribos! lol. You can't get better than that can you? Great product, great service, great sweets.

LOL very good, glad to hear that they look after there customers. I have a problem with my iphone the battery was not lasting very long so i went into the apple store and they just gave me a new phone !! very good service

Ha ha... same here. I dropped my 2 year old iPhone in a bucket of paint and they gave me a new one. No sweets though.

No the only sweet i got was the blonde that Served me ;-)
