local model shop sold me a CYCLON 30 outrunner brushless motor AND a HACKER X40-SB-PRO for my RAPTOR 550E i have been told that they ent no good for this HELI(person is not an experianced heli-man) could SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME?? i will be running a 6s li-po battery,,ANY HELP WOULD BE FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!

40 amp ESC on a 30 sized model - on 6S - their having a laugh, would be ok on a mini titan but not a Raptor, plus the X40 is only rated to 6S so not even suitable for a high voltage set up.

Cyclon 30 is for 3 or 4s so that is no good either.

I'd go a Zpower Z30a or the TT 550 motor (give RealRaptors a call) with an 80amp Jazz, Jeti or Castle Creations ESC or possible the Align one from a Trex 600
