Right now we're getting somewhere. Use your end point adjustment on the servo that is low or high to level the swash at the top, do the same at the bottom. This is normal behaviour and once done you should have a reasonably level heli. If you watch the swash movement up and down you'll notice that it's not level all the way through it's movement, only mechanical mixing will give you this unless you start introducing mixes to erradicate it. That's a whole other story

was very suprised as when i put the head back together there was no adjustment needed as pitch was bang on right through the range appart from one blade reads +10 at full throttle and the other side reads +10.5 but i can live with that

Thank you to every one who helped explain how to correct the problem , now that iv set all links up with a vernier and leveled swash properly etc etc the difference is amazing . the heli is so stable now and feels more like a contra than a CP and i can confirm the new blade 450 gyro is far more advanced than the stock twister 3d storm gyro as now understand the meaning of a locked in feel , what an amazing little gyro and only a few pounds more than the old blade/twister gyro .

That's very good news. I bought a vernier from Maplins ages ago, mainly because I'd always wanted one, and its in constant use and on helis it really helps. Glad it worked for you and you've confirmed the Twister Storm figures. Glad to have more confirmation about the Blade Gyro. Lokks like another winner like the msr.
