Although it looks like the toasty warm summer weather is giving way to autumn
I would like to propose another little meeting at Richmond Park in the near future.
Obviously this should have been done a couple months ago but no use crying over
spilled cheese now.
Last year we had a handful of forum members show up one day (and it was a scorcher
that day) for heli flying, mad banter and lashings of ginger beer. So it only seems right
that the tradition be repeated this year.
I don't know when exactly because it's very much a matter of getting a little more
pleasant weather (at the very least no rain and preferably a civilised amount of
wind).
So anyone in the greater London area or near enough to Richmond Park, voice your
interest in a possible get-together sometime soon and we can work out the
particulars as we go along.
(FYI - it is electric only over there and probably best keeping helis to 500
size or smaller so as not to scare the bajeesus out of the other park visitors).
