Hi guys just thought I would show you what is appearing in the local papers around our Bath and Woodspring and again say thank you to all of you that bought tickets and not forgetiing the shops that donated the prizes.
So thanks all of you and we look forward to seeing you again next year

Bath Model Helicopter Club and Woodspring Model Aircraft Club and have hosted their annual fly-in event.
The show on September 4 was an open invitation to pilots of radio-controlled (RC) model helicopters providing they held the appropriate insurance.
More than 100 people attended the event at Woodspring Wings Aircraft Club, Yatton, attracting pilots from the South West and as far afield as Telford, Poole, Bournemouth and Tavistock.
Despite a poor forecast, the sun came out for the fifth fly-in day jointly organised by the clubs, with only light winds and no rain.
A large range of helicopters flew throughout the day, most powered by a nitro- based fuel, as well as electric, petrol and turbine powered models.
With radio-controlled model helicopters notoriously difficult to fly, pilots showcased their flying skills punching out complicated 3D aerobatic manoeuvres with aircraft racing around the sky at up to 400ft.
As well as seeing the latest RC models and catching up with old friends, the two clubs also wanted to raise funds for local charity
An online vote of members showed most overwhelmingly in support of a raffle in aid of CLIC Sargent which cares for children and young people with cancer.
RC model hobby shops all over the UK were contacted and supported the charity by donating raffle prizes.
After a final count up, a cheque for £500 was presented to Kiren Fernandes, South West Community Fundraising Manager for CLIC.
Kiren said “I never cease to be amazed at the different ways in which people raise money for CLIC Sargent.”
Mark Pile, Chairman of Bath MHC, said: “How pleasing it was even in these tough economic times that our sponsors were very generous.
“I would like to say a big thank you to everyone who supported our event and bought tickets for the raffle draw.”
Warren Smyth, Chairman of Woodspring MAC, said: “It clearly shows a great deal can be achieved by clubs joining forces with a common goal in mind.”
So thanks all of you and we look forward to seeing you again next year
