Trex 600 main gear problem

Hi everyone, can someone please help before I go mad. I've recently changed over the main gear on my 600e which had the old type autorotation installed under the main gear. I've just tried to install a brand new main gear and new autorotation gear and no matter what I do I get loads of play between the gears so much so they rub against each other. The old gears have no movement at all and do not touch each other at all. Looking at the old autorotation unit it seems to have a longer plastic shaft than the all new metal one on the new autorotation unit.

I have used the new one bearing shaft H60139AT as stated with a washer/spacer but both the gears now touch each other. These are the part numbers if anyone can advise what's going on

H60020AT
HN6064T
H60139AT

I really have got fed up with this so please any advice is welcome.

How far is the one way bearing sat inside the bearng housing. If it's flush then the gears will hit as you say. You should have the radiused edge of the bearing showing outside of the housing. They commonly sit too high the other way.

Looks like I needed H60020T rather than H60020AT :-(

I had a problem similar on my 600N. I had bought a new auto tail drive gear ( H60020AT ) but this requires the new main gear case HN6064BA

I hate the autorotation shaft on my 600e it doesnt last long befoe it has tons of play and doesnt release properly. I didnt realise they changed the design when did this happen?

Did you buy HN6064BA and did it fit H60020AT OK?

I didn't buy it but fast lads confirmed it was required
